# How hard do you Shred? Foil Run knows

I posted this in the other thread but in thinking more about it, either way makes sense. If you wish to dw for 30 minutes then it costs you 1.7 times that.

Or if you you go upwind for an hour you dw for 59% of that.

Very cool either way.
