I posted [here](https://forum.progressionproject.com/t/learning-to-prone-foil-without-lesson-or-tow/4251) awhile ago about my interest in getting into foiling. I have been lurking a lot here ever since. I think I’m ready to pull the trigger on something possibly. I would really like a beginner setup that can possibly be used for prone _and_ winging if possible. I know on the more refined end of gear these two disciplines are at odds especially for light wind-oriented foils. But I have seen some setups which claim they can be used for both (e.g. Naish S27).

My location: North Carolina (OBX)

My size: 5’7 ~140lbs.

Thanks!
