I’m a few months into riding the Omen Agent and I’m really liking the connection system. Tight fit and not seeing wear like the carbon on carbon connections.

I continue to believe that both the Omen and Hydrocraft connection systems are about as close as we can get to perfect.

That is interesting, maybe explains the Code fuse which is so tall. Downside then is you start to have too much directional authority from the fuse I would imagine.
For record, Naish has the same style as Omen (though they are actively against Ti as of their blog)

Yup I started on Naish gear, it’s a really great connection system.

Is this a titanium mast foot? Sail GP. I guess it’s a stab so pulling down so it bends that way under load?

I didn’t research it but I’m guessing it would be stainless steel not titanium. Heavier, but stiffer which is probably optimum for that use
