# Pump hose connection

I’m a wing foil pumping newbie but my WMFG hose connection to the North wing valve is so loose it keeps coming off when pumping. I have to hold that connection with one hand while pumping with the other hand. I’m trying to pump a new North Mode Pro with the big WMFG pump supplied hose. The pump came with the North connector attached but the connection to the wing valve is too loose. Should I order a different hose or modify this one? I attached a second connector to the hose but it is also too loose and comes off. What is wrong with my pumping technique?

pre-twist the hose before you attach it to the wing, this way the hose will naturally want to untwist and thus keep it’s self screwed on.
