yeah back leg is fine, itā€™s the front leg trying to defy physics thatā€™s the issue. I see adult-beginner-intermediates in the surf with the narrow stance and the bloody bent front leg doing their horrible little glides. At least it means they canā€™t make the section and never learn to surf

winging in my opinion has a windsurfing aura no matter how you slice it

not saying that is necessarily bad, but the feeling is there

I always think about getting caught inside with all of that gear, winging too! It made me FEAR chest high waves like 15 years ago haha

The fall at 1:19 is NASTY, could have gone very wrong. With such waves Iā€™d rather surf than foil.

We got hit in Colombia with cold pressure from the north west (usually our swells come from the north east) from the blizzards caused by the polar vortex.

Very rare and gnarly conditions, had to wait a couple days so it was rideable.

A week in the North Island
Epic locations, great riding, decent soundtrack. Gets me fired up like surf movies used to!!
