Used 3 times on flat water. Fabric is still crinkly new. Points astonishingly high upwind if you are powered, which for me at 140 lbs is 20mph or more. Eats gusts. The windier it is, the better it feels. I just don’t think I’ll use it much at all because South Padre Island doesn’t get many days over 20mph and it’s not ideal for me in the surf anyway. (I did see people using the Paia in the surf on Maui, but it’s just not for me.) For a long upwinder / downwinder it would be perfect. Note: This is not a beginner parawing. Also, the bar has indentations in the foam from where I attached a two point harness line. As Greg says, “Enjoy”.
$500.
