No joke, I flew it on the beach, got it in the water when underpowered and immediately tangled the lines. Paddled in. 20 minutes.
The issue is I’m a complete noob to PW and the reality of the S3 is that is a bit technical to fly. I flew a friend’s Ka-a in the same conditions and realized that the S3 was out of my league. So, literally 20 minutes of use. I washed it, concertina’d it properly and stowed it in the wide BRM bag. I want to move on to something beginner friendly.
TRADE: I would also consider trading the S3 for any of the two following PW’s:
4.3m Pocket Rocket v2 (I’ll kick in some extra money on this one if in equivalent condition)
4.7m Frigate
