It does flag way better than a wing, much lighter, very little drag, (I’ve been riding waves with Strikes down to 2m5 and 4.2 Plume feels like an 2.5 wing or smaller). I didn’t really noticed the flagging noise in 20-25 knots.

I just got the 3.0 Frigate.

Waiting for some good wind sessions and will update.

What do you do with the bar when you flag it?

When you flag the plume is upside down.

The bar sits on top of the canopy.

The IG post above of Hadou shows well.

Relaunching is technical.

Similar to the Paia recommendation. Go one size bigger because neither has low end
