On connected LIFT guys. Why is the company so bad about releasing new products? No launch dates just visit the site daily? Many products back ordered with no delivery date available? My dealer has been waiting on a battery for his new efoil since May. What’s the inside scoop? Time to abandon ship? I hope not because I love my LIFT gear, frustrating.

I don’t have the answer… but it seems they’re having some changes. They recently got rid of dealers who dropship. So that limits you to buying direct, or from dealers who carry inventory. I guess it’s just more of a big corpority feel.

We’ve had a tough year, no denying it. Demand ran ahead of our operations and we took it on the chin this launch. New platforms, new batteries, supply chain issues, a small team. It all stacked up fast. All this hurt not just our timelines, but our partners and reputation.
We’re not making excuses. The truth is we are still a small founder ran company, and we stretched our team too thin. But we’re here, and we’re putting in the work to climb back. Right now we are focusing on getting batteries and boards flowing again, tightening up tech/customer support, and rebuilding ops so that service matches the quality of our gear.
It’s not going to flip overnight, but progress is happening. Product is starting to ship again, support is improving, and things are looking up for 2026. We know we’ve let you, our partners, and the community down, but we aren’t taking that lightly. We aren’t going anywhere, and we are committed to getting that trust back. Appreciate you calling it out, and still sticking with us.
