Hello, Mattfoil. This question will no doubt shine a spotlight on my uber-newb-foiler status. But no such thing as a dumb question (until mine here, lol) I suppose.
This adapter enables using Code foils with an Axis mast, correct? Not the other way around (i. e. using Axis foils on my Code mast), right?
Correct. Axis mast, code fuse / wings.
the axis mast has a smaller interface than the Code, so it is only possible to make an adapter one way. Only putting Code foils on an axis mast. If you really wanted to put axis foils on a code mast, I think stringfellow would potentially make you a custom aluminum fuselage which fits the axis black foils and the code mast. In theory that is possible and he seems to be able to do whatever people ask for if they pay

Hmm, interesting. It seems like there is/are a plethora of misc adapters which interface genres. Curious why there wouldn’t be one already available to utilize Axis fools on Code mast. Or, is it just that nobody would really need or want to?
Correction…foils.
Axis masts were available before code, so existing axis riders were able to get this adapter and fly code foils.
It wouldn’t really work, as was said axis is smaller than most other brands (unifoil might be an exception?). The adapters are basically just a collar you put on top to make it thicker and the correct shape. Can’t have an adapter to go thinner
