Armstrong footstrap delam repair

Hi, I have an Armstong footstrap which has delaminated. I’d like to repair instead of buying a new one. Any recommendation for the type of glue to use? Epoxy? Contact adhesive?

I have used regular waterproof contact cement on various traction pads etc. It seems to jold the neoprene and deck pad materials together very well. I would try it first.
