Got a mail from google stating that they are retiring Google Podcasts in June. Now I couldn’t give a shite about Google podcasts 
however its the only app I seem to be able to get the progression project on so that I can listen to it when driving.
What other providers have it? (and please don’t be just apple!).

Maybe more detail than what you are asking for exactly, but I used pocketcasts for years, and recently tried Snipd and I think it is really good, and amazing network effects. The more people use Snipd, the better it gets. The gist is that it allows people to save bookmarks or highlights, and then it summarises the highlights. Allows you to share snips instead of sharing screen recordings.
However it doesn’t really work if there are not enough people using it for a specific podcast, so none of the useful features are there for Progression episodes, but popular business podcasts it has some great summaries eg this one
Pocketcasts also has this but a paid feature, and not as good.
