Has anyone here ordered an Omen board directly through the company website? I ordered one and I’m not getting any response about shipping or a tracking number. Just wondering if this is normal. Thanks

I got an Emmissary when they were shipping direct from Appletree.
You didn’t say how long ago you put in the order but they are a small company, may take a day or two, I can’t remember how mine went but I don’t think it was immediate.
I wouldn’t be concerned but you can always reach out to them.
I ordered it Monday. I’ve reached out 2 times, no response.
And it just arrived!! That was actually quick! They just didn’t send tracking.

Yeah man, patience. They r fucking on it. I’ve ordered several boards from Omen and couldn’t b happier.

What did you buy and how fun is their packaging. 
There must have been a mixup with the tracking but the board arrived way faster than I expected! I was thinking it would take 7 or 8 days. It was like 3! Packaging was amazing. I got an Omen Flux 85L. Can’t wait to get out on it!
