P 170 as an intermediate all arounder for winging

I’m back…and while I’ve started off this second season with a bunch of progress, I’m basically facing the same question I originally posted…and keep coming back to the p170 as a foil that might be helpful, as a number of folks (like @321-foiler above) talk about the glide, low stall speed and solid turning and pumpability being a great/friendly combo for an intermediate winger.

Right now, I keep reaching for my Sab Leviathan 1150, which gets me up very easy, but is pretty boosty and not so friendly turning. Can’t imagine a Progression being slower than that one either, it seems even going to to p200 would be an improvement.

In any case, psyched to be back on the water after a long cold winter…putting in my time bolstering my humility…

but…

Any further rec’s for the ultimate intermediate foil for learning to jibe in crappy/gusty wind on inland lakes/reservoirs, with that glide/low stall/reasonably turn friendly (not doing surf cutbacks/slashes by any stretch) and that will help in learning to pump?
