Morning! Prone Board opinions requested. I am 75kg and spend too much time in a 5 mil & gloves or on long paddle breaks. Currently ride a 5’2” 45 L quiver killer but I’m looking for less swing weight without sacrificing too much paddle. Do we still like the V1 omen flux at 40 L? It’s been out a few years, but All those mini Simms references have had me intrigued as the MS was a favorite micro wave board pre-foil. Any other recommendations with minimal swing weight, stiffness, and decent paddles at 38-40 liters?
I have the 36L and still like it. You are definitely paddling around a smaller board. But it’s good. There is no swing weight at all on a 4’3”.
There is a new V2 of the flux out now that sounds quite good.
Cool. Good feedback. I appreciate you sharing! I looked at the v2 flux but they added a few inches on it. Ringing to stay short.
Almost 3 years on my 36L Flux. Still enjoying the board and it is still going strong.

I haven’t picked up a “Quiver Killer” so maybe it’s nose is heavy? For conditions you describe, a 5’4” Amos Kruzer can’t be beat.
