Quick tip: on the computer, you can click the top right and adjust the wave intensity. Much easier using the keyboard and space bar for pumping.
This simulation is actually pretty fun! It would be even better if you could adjust wave direction and period. And number of swells. Also add in foil changes (there is one more to try, but it’s slow).

That speed suggests F4 Hammerhead (as does the spy reports from the competitors), and not Slingshot. My Stefan Edberg parallel may have actually hit the mark

Yeah the mob was mostly upset about Mala’e. A long way off the pace at Voyager race today, but results do vary a lot in these races, especially the longer ones. I recall that in 2025 the ADs race had horrible backwash and was a disaster for some high-performers.
There was some mention of Trent Carter amongst the comments, so exciting to see him bust this whole thing up haha

- Edo is very likely riding something else. I would personally guess F4. He’s got a tuttle box version of a prototype slingshot board that looks pretty nice.
3. Nick is almost certainly riding F4 SR+Hammerhead on a tuttle version of a lift board
4. Trent is an absolute hammer and unless something changed he has been riding and complaining about a prototype slingshot foil.
5. Guyard is riding his own gear (board, mast, foils) under the brand CHASE
7. Gibbons is on prototype gear last I saw. Hollow Naish board, new mast, new foil and tail

Are you based there? Interested to know how/why Trent can be on a proto but Edo likely not?
Despite the shift in interest to parawings, downwind racing is still very interesting and has a lot going for it! This is a pretty exciting lead up to the main races!
