Great setup!
Perfect setup,!.
But you know that before a year passes they will have an unobtanium thingy that will be a total gamechanger for performance…and for our wallets ![]()
Thanks Kyle! I’ve been drooling over the PD board - great work!! I’m sure that 50L will end up in my quiver at some point!
Haha I told F4 to hang up their hats for a minute ![]()
EDIT: saw your post on the M2O thread.
- Edo is very likely riding something else. I would personally guess F4. He’s got a tuttle box version of a prototype slingshot board that looks pretty nice.
3. Nick is almost certainly riding F4 SR+Hammerhead on a tuttle version of a lift board
4. Trent is an absolute hammer and unless something changed he has been riding and complaining about a prototype slingshot foil.
And top Michelline chefs use gas ranges - correlation doesn’t mean causation and besides any of the top dogs can ride just about anything. Edo will kick ass despite tuttle or plate. It is athlete that will ride whatever setup to the finish line not the other way around.
Got to try out my 75L Emona Tuttle board with 85CM SR mast. Definitely makes getting on foil easier and also reduced penalty for riding low and touching down. Swell was waist high or smaller and kinda 5.3M parawing wind on the ocean. Can’t wait to try in my usual spot with wind against tide. Pumping a 585cm foil out of a hole after touch down on a ‘big’ board was pretty wild. I’m just an average, but experienced foiler. Board is a 1.1 ratio to my weight.
During setup, the satisfaction of sliding the Tuttle mast into the box was undeniable. Driving the foil feels like you aren’t wearing anything, I mean, wait, this is getting weird. ![]()
