If your budget allows, I think looking away from Axis will better serve you long run.
Price is good. Forgive the ignorance, but I know nothing about Unifoil gear. Is this suited to a 75KG beginner? Looks HA to me.
Says on their website it’s “Designed for intermediate to pro guys who like to pump, ride down-winders and ride small waves and pump back out the back without stopping.”
That doesn’t sound like me haha.
Doesn’t have to be Axis. Like I said I can get Lift gear pretty cheap. They don’t seem to have a lot of options for beginners though. Open to suggestions.
Thanks, that makes sense, and brings back many memories…
Don’t worry about HA terminology yet. That’s a stable platform to learn on. Keep an eye out for a cheap progression 170 or 3 tail pack to go with it 6 months from now.
this would be my pick for forgetting about gear buying for a year, avoid the endless axis tuning hassles, and these days probably get a great price, decent mast, lots of tail options to unlock it later on
