Bought a 20 euro wing bladder from Flysurfer, 50 euros for shipping.

These new tariffs are on cost of good plus cost of shipping but also that bladder was likely not made in Europe. The tariffs are on country of substantial completion not warehouse.
The tariff was $9.17. Then UPS charged you $14 for the Vaseline.
$26 vaseline, its $12 more expensive due to the tariffs
If it’s already delivered, just don’t pay it. At least in the past, this has worked for me, they didn’t put in much effort to collect.
