This is happening to everyone getting gear drop-shipped from China, going to be a big problem until they get these shenanigans resolved
If you don’t pay it gets returned to sender but depends what the original sender wants to do with your payments

It’s not from France though… it was drop shipped from China… yeah that sucks.
Gong doesn’t drop ship, everything goes through their warehouse in France.

Yeah, that’s what they say on the website, and I’ve ordered from them a few times, it always shipped from France.
That’s how they can ensure that every foil trailing edge is sharp enough to cut a baguette.

That link sure looks sus. I’ve ordered from Gong and only been stuck with DHL processing and customs fees that are billed about a month after receiving the shipment where the import numbering wasn’t correct… and there was no easy way to pay as their system is set up for commercial accounts. Many calls etc, until I was given an invoice and link by billingsupport@dhl.com.
We’ll find out soon enough, but I can assure it appears very legitimate.
