There’s this place in Portugal called Buarcos, close to Figueira da Foz where long period swells from the NW hit a portion of the coast that is perpendicular to it and generates an extremely long right that hardly connects for surfing, but I think could be linkeable with a foil doing tow in and with the right swell. Also really wingfoileable!
