Sunova Pilot Wingfoil Review

I love it; I think it’s a super slept-on P-wing board. I have a two-board quiver with it and a full-on 105l dw board (I like sup’ing). I’ve made a ton of progress on it; I think it rails turns really well. Gets out of the water above average for its size, even at my 200 pounds with gear.

At the price point i’m really shocked I haven’t seen anyone else parawinging with one.

Glad to hear you love it. I need a few hundred miles on it to get to know all its little idiosyncrasies but agree with what you shared. Leapt out of the water at 68l vs my 86kg (BARG Factor 3.204) and rails turns. 10lbs 3oz weight for a full production board (9lbs 12oz without pad) and 4.25" thick is great. It got a price increase this year but is still one of the best priced boards around at $1499 for this size. Stoked I pulled the trigger on it!

What did you use to cover your coils like that? My leash could really use that!
Looks sweet hope gorge is still firing, can’t wait to be back next year.

Almost done testing it, just giving it a few final runs and making notes on any little idiosyncrasies before I recommend it. Thus far, I have horribly disrespected my parawing lines, throwing them all over the place, and there have been zero tangles with the sleeve in place so I think it’s going to work great.

Got quite a few questions sent my way on this board as soon as I got it so putting up some initial thoughts on it before doing a full review which wont get completed until well into 2026. Loving it so far.
