Could someone who rides AFS please measure the width of their fuselage where the stabilizer is mounted? I am trying to determine if their stabilizers will fit my non-AFS fuselage. Thank you in advance!
Width at front hole on regular fuse: 20.7mm
FYI the new ultra glide tails (and possibly the new U carve and U surf) are completely flat on the bottom so they can be mounted to any flat fuselage regardless of width. The older Silk and Silk HA tails if I remember correctly were the ones that wrapped the fuselage.
Thank you! So I’m guessing that the HA silk stab will fit around this fuse with no problem. I have a Uglide on the way, the flatness is appreciated.
Yep, that should be easy. If you’re already grabbing a UG I’d skip the Silk HA as the UG is on another level.
