Anyone else wingfoiling at Cash's level right now?

Been enjoying Cash’s instragram clips over the years. This recent full edit blew my mind. Are there other technically brilliant wingfoilers out there? Absolutely - Chris McDonald and others come to mind. They’re impressive. But often their clips can look mechanical.

What stands out about Cash is blending those maneuvers perfectly into the conditions on offer in the ocean at that moment. Haven’t seen anyone doing it with as much style and fun as Cash.

Yeah - he hangs ten and pulls one-footers. I think it’s cool he doesn’t shy away from the inherently kooky heart of our sport. He also brings the soul and style of someone who grew up surfing in the ocean.

It’s incredible combo of technicality and style. Gets me fired up to wingfoil!

Thoughts? Any others on your list?

This clip blew me away as well, especially considering he’s navigating a shallow reef! Some of the most impressive wing foiling I’ve seen. Cash was the first wingfoiler to catch my eye in the waves at Hookipa. He was already turning hard, hitting the lip and getting massive aerials years ago there. What he’s doing now is just on another completely different level yet again. The playful/technical style of his riding is so fun to watch and he’s not afraid to crash and take big risks.

That video blew my mind too. I think Mala’e Mcelheny is similar in quality, surf approach, etc. Nice one of him parawinging here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJQhljtzHJs

The Spencer bros as well. Another good one w/Cash: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A2S51XJ4cEo

Hopefully the youth keep winging (and foiling in general) down this surfier path. The flatwater, gymnast stuff doesn’t do it for me.

Malo Guenole is ripping pretty hard too! But the Cash edits really are impressive!
