a friend of mine is currently working on a Pronefoil Board that also suits when powered with a Wing.
We are concerned about the Box Position from Tail. Where should this be Placed, does the standard 50cm rule apply?
Measurements will be:
6‘0 x 22,5 x 3,7 by 63l
From my little experience the box position of prone boards work pretty well as is for winging. I have a 4’3 30L prone board from a big brand (Takoon) and I take it out winging as a sinker when there is enough wind, I don’t move the foil around between winging and proning and it works pretty well.
Must say I ride strapless so I might be naturally adjusting my foot position when riding without really noticing.
