Thank you for all the your inputs 
I dont mind the battery life being less since i have an extra travel battery, and plan to get a portable power station as well.
Im only trying to look for a low volume board since I want a board that is super responsive and can result in higher performance overall.
I liked a few boards,
the axis prone 4’1 ,26 litrs, 19 inches wide
the spitefirev2 at 4’0 , 25 litres , 17 3/4 wide
im not too sure on how the narrowness would affect my performance. Would both boards be simlarly responsive since the volume is the smae?
At this point, im not too keen on a trench board , since i would like to use the board without the fd as well.
Also, the way i use my fd; i motor to the wave lying down, normally paddle and do a regualar pop up. Never really get on board standing, so not sure how much more benefical it would be for me to have a trench board ( though iv read a lot of really good reviews on trench boards)
