Foiling in Kauai

Yo,

I’m in Kauai - planned to foil Pakalas as I used to surf there , one of my favourite waves.

Went for a foil yesterday- being respectful and sitting 30 m on the inside. Got screamed at for basically just “existing” as a foiler. Was never near anyone.

Any foil friendly spots in Kauai? I’m staying on the west side.

Did you find a place. Too late response, but there is a foil drive group goes out mornings in Hanalei bay near Pine Trees.
