Should we expect brands to release ar 16 wings in 2025? Seems like fone and duotone already have something.
I heard (from fone riders) that they are not faster than EagleX. Main challenge is to keep stiffness when going with such AR.
This is both on the mast and on the wing itself.
I also heard that AFS is also working on AR 16-18 Ultra and Pure, and they are « limited » by the carbon.

In the video you shared, it is the HyperGlide 680/880 which are 14-14.5 IIRC.
Looking at this years M2O results, appears there’s little to be gained when the difference between first and third is 1:40 and the 3rd place guy is on a stock Lift 110X 13AR.

I have been riding an AR 15 foil for the past couple of months. The video posted above is pretty much right on the money in my experience: Easier linking bumps, lower effort pumping, higher average speed but not necessarily faster top speeds. Also surprisingly nice carving/ maneuverability for 110cm span (800cm area)
