Lift Carve w extender the same as FLOW? Wingfoiling

I hear if you run the Carve with an extender, you are essentially running a Flow?

Is the shape of the Carve and Flow stab w winglets that similar?

Seems like you might only want to buy a Carve if you are going to use the short fuselage it comes with?

I’m running a 150 HAX up front.

What ‘s better? 26 carve w Extender or 21 FLOW?

Note, I’m wingfoiling, 215 lbs, I’m riding a 100L Armstrong mid length board. Not sure if/how this affects things?

Flow 21 vs Carve 20 + extension: longer fuselage, flatter profile, softer winglets (carve is pointy and sharp, sanded mine down), stiffer/more stable, goes faster in my experience

I rode flow 21 for a while but like the carve 20 with and without extension on my 150 lately. Carve on its own is also great when conditions are cleaner so it’s good to have that option.

Haven’t tried Carve 26.

Thank you. Are you winging or prone surfing?

Winging! And occasionally kite foiling 90/120 ha with carve 20 without extender.
