Lift Foils for Parawing

I’m currently in the Lift ecosystem, wing and kite mainly. Have started the Parawing journey and have realised I need a larger foil for the weak wind swell I ride at the local. Currently on the 90, 120, 130X and 150HAX with a 36 M2, 21X and 20C tails. Seeking advice from anyone who has experienced Parawinging with Lift gear and any comments on front foil, tails, mast etc. Thinking the 180HAX should enable me to stow and downwind a little better.

Had the 220 and the 180. 180 is plenty low end for anything worth riding imo. Didn’t really feel like I gave up any low end vs the 220, and could actually keep up with bumps better

Depends on the waves.. imo the 150 is a killer dw wing. 130 goes great too

The 120 / 20C is super good for parawing, but you need decent conditions.

150 should be sufficient for lighter conditions.

And 180/220 to learn.

Appreciate the tips. Sounds like I just need more time on foil getting use to the 150/130x. I know both have great Downwind attributes. I think I’m just struggling with the low energy in Bay swell.

I’m riding the 110x and 130x in pathetic bay swell. The 130x has great low end and you can take it close to stall. It also turns relatively well and allows you to navigate the to the energy.

I have the 150HAX and 180HAX, the 180 is great in weak conditions.

Here in OBX for soundside runs the 180 is key.
Oceanside 180 works right after things turn on but will quickly get overpowered if it’s blowing 20 for a bit, even the 150 gets overpowered after a couple hours of 20.

Would like to try a 130.

I’m ~80kg for reference
