I’m currently at the Gorge and had some good times on the water but the wind is done for a few days. Any foilers in the area want to mountain bike with me? I’m seeing some seriously epic trails around here and rented a bike.

Yeah! I get my bike tomorrow and that’s when the flat spell starts according to the forecast I’m looking at.
I do have a question though, is it still good to DW foil in the Easterly winds since it’s going with the current?
I’m only Winging, but I know some do Home Valley to Stevenson DW. Swells are less punchy for sure & current makes it a bit harder to get up, but you don’t have to worry about fighting the current if the wind dies…
The home valley to Stevenson run is the main one. It was doable today but not awesome. Look for maybe 30 knot averages for the fun to really be locked in!
