Has anyone tried this, instead of on the back? For wing shuttle DW runs? I imagine those stick-on tie downs with some straps could get it small and out of the way. Maybe a compactor bag to keep it from trapping water.
Considered it, but didn’t want the hassle of trying to find where to put that added weight on the deck. Also didn’t want to affix anything to my board long term.
I bet cam straps around the whole board wouldn’t slow you down much. You could even tape over them to keep them in place and untwisted while stowing wing, and improve hydrodynamics. Was thinking right behind the mast.
