Love this idea. Was thinking of posting a topic per episode with a few of my favorite themes.

@moderators I would suggest adding some categories to the welcome page to help keep things organized.
Headings such as Tech Talk, Sessions, Newbies Used Gear are just a few to help get things started.
It will help make searching for specifics easily found and it will keep the welcome page from becoming a stream of consciousness.
Eastkb.com is a really well used and time tested example of a very similar community run forum. Can help make the contact with thier moderators if your interested.
