chop worked out well, noticed no difference from prior to tip damage, but then again muscle memory from then is imprecise. Rides great so far and that’s what matters.

I think this kind of damage need repair asap, it’s not hard to do just tedious !
once you did it one time it’s easy do. Just put some tape under the part that will retain the resin use resin with carbon wire or precut carbon fiber, you can had one or more layer once hard just send to the desired shape.
How did you like the UG41? Any suggestions on best pairings?

I love it, probably one of my all time favorite tails. For the Gorge it’s a dream come true when paired with the monoblock Silk 1050, giving it a +1 AR boost. That’s gotta be my favorite combo for the ug41. I also think it’s really nice with the enduro 700, standard fuse. Basically makes the 700 a ridiculous cheat code for the Gorge.
