SO axis is producing a lot of foils,if you wanted to buy one high performance foil today for winging only what would you choose between art v2 and fireball? The latest hype around fireball seems like it’s doing it all better than art v2 except turning, but fireball seems to turn and breach pretty good too.
Art v2 without doubt, the fireball is a downwind foil designed to compensate for the lack of wing. Super high AR foils don’t turn as well

First turn on my new Fireball 1070 and it almost threw me off it turned so quick compared to the Spitfire 960 that I was used to riding. The Fireballs turn really well for a high aspect wing.

I have been on the 939 v2 for awhile was wondering if anyone can compare it to fireball 940, I guess the fb940 will feel a bit smaller less area, but has it got better glide/speed?
I ride both the ART v2 879 and FB940. They feel quite simular regarding lift. On foil drive the 940 is a tad easier to get on foil. 940 glides a little better and they both turn really good. ART feels easier to ride in chop and waves. I have not gps clocked the wings, but I feel the 940 is a litte faster.
