Cabrina foils first few sessions

Hi, recently swapped brands from f one , to Cabrina, so went from sk8 's to Prestige and wippet..

Desperate to get my hands on a smaller stab as currently riding the 160 (smallest to date) anyone have a time line on this ?

Just wondering what people’s thoughts are on the above, I’ve mainly been riding the 760 Prestige for parawing in wind swell, quite happy maybe a bit slower that what I have ridden in the past , hopefully the smaller stab will increase speed and loosness!

Found the wippet 750 pretty fast ,id say it was not much slower than my old 690 eagle , but obviously much more role and more forgiving, I know there not comparable foils ut just a observation.

Had the wippet out the other day in 35 knots + on the wing head high swell/ waves and felt good .

Anyone got footage of the wippet being prone surfed ?

I picked up a Prestige 905/160 + Apex 14mm 78cm mast from the Foil Shop. My other foils are the AFS Enduros and Silks. The Prestige is the most fun I have on foil - especially on parawing (powered and with the pw retracted). The AFS foils are higher performance, but there are times when I don’t need to go super fast or carve like there is no tomorrow - this is where the new Cabrinha fills the niche brilliantly.

Based on the positive attributes of the Prestige I ended getting the Whippit 850 and the Tweaker 390/modular 140. I had this setup out on Foil Drive yesterday in chest high waves. I had the zero shim on the tail. The Whippit carved almost as well as the Silk 850, but the whole setup felt more back foot oriented (where the AFS foils have me more balanced between front and back foot). I’m gonna go back out today with the monobloc 160 stab and see if that back foot preference is still there. I also will take the setup back out with the Tweaker and shim for more downward stab pressure (to get more front foot pressure) and see how the Whippit behaves. This isn’t a bad thing - in fact it gets foiling closer to shortboard surfing -

I am not going to shed my AFS foils - I’m too far down that rabbit hole, but the new Cabrinha foils are different in a way that has them occupying a different space than the AFS. The Cabs compliment what I already foil on and they allow me to focus on having fun.

I have ridden the Prestige prone (fun) - but have not yet done that with the Whippit.

How did you get the tweak stab, cant see it online!
