I am looking into picking up a mast with a deep Tuttle connection, but only have boards with the standard track system, and I am not sure if I want to commit to Tuttle boards that have very little adjustability. Who makes quality Tuttle to plate adapters that I can buy in the United States?
First you need to be absolutely unequivocally definitely certain that you have the right “Deep Tuttle”. There were at least 3 flavours of those. GoFoil’s ( and early Starboard) being one of them. Neil Pryde used a different one. Once you know what your mast has, then it’s a matter of finding the adapter.
GoFoil had a bombproof chunky plate adapter, but there were some aluminium ones from FoilMount that weren’t up to the task and would eventually bow on the slot, and lose stiffness.

I had troubles with that FoilMount adapter, although it was fine for a few years. There was corrosion between the sides of the adapter and the barrel nuts of the mast, and that’s probably what pushed the sides outwards. Probably partial user error there for never rinsing it.
