Foiling north of Boston/New Hampshire/Southern Maine

Got some time off and I am in the area, any sup/prone spots? Or anyone sup down winding or winging? Appreciate any info!

Pine Point in Scarborough, Maine is probably the best place for winging in waves. Ogunquit river mouth is good for prone/SUP foil. Wells Harbor Park is good for flatwater winging at half tide or higher, especially with a west wind. I’m sure the Maine guys will have more to add.

I’m in NH. Seabrook Harbor Park is good for flatwater winging on the upper half of the tide. NH surf is mostly beach breaks. All the point breaks will likely have a crowd. It gets less crowded as you head into Maine.

As Badger noted, Saco Bay is one of the prime spots in southern Maine. The bay is a half moon shape so depending on wind direction there are multiple spots from Hills Beach at the southern end to Pine Point on the north end. The islands and rocky headlands make for some nice features.
