Hey! I am planning to go to south Sri Lanka in February, have anyone been prone foiling there before to give a comment on how good the destination is for prone foil? Also happy for any suggestions for prone foil spots. I am mainly looking at Midigama and Ahangama, but am flexible. Thanks!

im primarily, based out of the east coast buddy, but I shall message you and try and guide you. I have surfed a lot in the south, not foiled there, but have a decent understanding of the spots there.

Planning to go to Ahangama around Xmas this year - any tips you can share based on your last years trip?
Would be great to get some info on spots and conditions before going there.
Are you riding prone or foildrive?
I used foildrive.
I rode marshmallow surf spot everyday. Extremely suitable for prone and Foildrive. Very long wave.
There a lot of crowd but it’s still ok on the west end after the lineup.
I saw a lot of potential in south beach surf spot and someone I met reported riding prone in lazy right. marshmallow was perfect for me , walking distance, so I didn’t explore more.
During the season mornings have no wind
