1.5year prone foiler here. I can do 3-5 wave connects normally pumping on a 850sk8, xxxs160, 87kg
Got the siatica nerve angry recently and slowly recovering with leg strength. My back leg’s strength is gone. I didnt realize just HOW MUCH i was pushing off my back leg was mostly lifting the heel up and springing. But actually springing the back leg up and pushing off it is now challenging.
Got me to question my technique again and revist.
How is pumping supposed to work again?
We are jumping off with equal pressure front foot, and on the back foot as well, right? Feel the glide…then spring back up again right?
