Tacoma topper with assembled foil board

Anyone running a 3rd gen Tacoma with a topper? I’m trying to figure out if I can fit my board with foil assembled inside one. The measurements at opening on some of the toppers would be a tight fit, unsure if I can get it under the opening to then fit fine.

Currently running a retrax and Yakima bed rack. I’d like to be able to lock it in to be able to go foil before work and not worry as much about it. I’m way too lazy to disassemble it before work.

Depends on board and foil of course. I can fit 3 disassembled setups or 1 assembled and 1 partially disassembled setup. Fully assembled always on it’s side unless super short mast (75). 5ft bed 2018 Tacoma

Prone/FD, 60L omen wing setup and chubanga kite setup. Gotta have options

What topper is that? I’m running 75 katana now with FD. Was almost considering selling the truck for a van, but I do love the Tacoma and would like to keep it.

It’s a Leer 100R. I have since installed a shelf system for better gear storage so I can’t check the fit of the katana, but I recall being able to fit a 75cm mast and full 1310 foil assembly vertically while mounted on a deflated gong board, but I think it was tough to shimmy in while inflated due to the lip on the back of the topper. Much easier to unbolt the plane and leave everything else connected. If I separate just the planes from board/mast assembly I can fit 2-3 completes.

Ok thanks! Yeah I’m considering the leer or smart top. The Lear looks pretty nice.
