Thailand Downwinding?

Does anyone have any knowledge of the DW scene in Thailand?

I’d imagine that conditions would be decent in the winter for Hua Hin south to Prak Nam and beyond. Potential 40 km runs.

Also I could see 10 km runs from Jomtien Heads down to Ocean Marina YC being viable in the winter.

slowly there are more people getting into downwind in Thailand , but still very small amount and level not high
can have few short and nice run in pattya during the north wind times ,

few guys tried to cross the bay ( Hua hin to Rayong , but still didnt make it
